（中央社記者陳葦庭台北7日電）強颱尼伯特步步進逼，上午8時30分已經移動到花蓮東南方410公里海面上，陸上警報已經涵蓋全台，氣象局也發布豪雨特報，提醒民眾留意。

根據中央氣象局最新資料，今年第1號颱風尼伯特上午6時的位置在花蓮東南方410公里處，將以每小時22轉16公里速度向西北西移動，7級暴風半徑200公里，近中心最大風速55公尺，相當於16級風。

中央氣象局表示，尼伯特颱風暴風圈已經進入巴士海峽和台灣東南部海面，直接對本島和澎湖構成威脅，氣象局也發布豪雨特報，下午起至晚間台東、花蓮及宜蘭地區有局部大雨或豪雨，北部地區有局部大雨發生的機率。

氣象局簡任技正伍婉華說，昨天追風計畫觀測的結果和原本預測的差異不大，7級暴風半徑200公里並不是非常大的颱風，但是威力仍不容小覷，加上尼伯特颱風速度減慢，颱風影響台灣的時間可能得拖到9日（週六）清晨。
